On Thursday, the 18th of June, the ‘Woju’ crooner, Kizz Daniel signed a deal with a US distribution, recording and publishing company. Empire took to its social media page on Thursday to break the news in a terse post. “Welcome to the Empire family @iamkissdaniel,” the company wrote in the post accompanied by a picture of the singer and the Nigerian flag.
Flyboi INC general, Kizz Daniel has made this move one week one week to the release of his project, “King Of Love”. The international music company houses Nigerian singer, Olamide and international artists such as Snoop Dogg, Tyga, Kendrick Lamar, Lil Duval, and Fat Joe. The development further stretches the list of Nigerian artistes who have signed a deal with the US company.
The ‘Woju’ crooner has continued to pull the strings in the country’s music industry with numerous beautiful projects which have snagged several awards and recognition. Daniel signed a record deal with G-Worldwide Entertainment in 2013 but left the label following a publicized contract dispute and court case. He later went ahead to set up his own brand named Flyboy inc., this deal shows great prospects for the young singer.
