A new breed of singers/rappers have just been put on a limelight on the alté stage. This breed makes up a new pop group named Black Gypsy Unit. It is a collective make up of individuals who are passionate about music, arts, business and their community. The musical framework was pioneered by the music artist, fashion designer and creative entrepreneur popularly known as Bolu Wade along with long time friends and compatriots Osii, Groovy, Mide, Benzy, Sosa, and CK.
“Black Tint” was the first official release from this group and it marked the beginning of the move of this great alté movement. This unit has just officially announced the release of their new offering christened “Gyal.” This track serves as a triumphant return of the collective from their paused movement. The track serves an intermarriage of sounds carefully describing their ordeal with likewise attractive females which contributed to the level of fun experienced by the members of the group.
The music unit has come out to promise new contents and consistent body of work for their ever growing campaign. We know the extent of what we can achieve if we liberate our minds and truly discover our unique purpose. Making music with elements of the traditional African sound and black culture worldwide. Expect our first ever project and debut mixtape before the end of 2020.
