Chike-Ezekpeazu Osebuka popularly known by his stage name Chike is known for his participation on the Nigerian reality competition Project Fame West Africa in 2015 and also in the talent competition TV show The Voice Nigeria Season 1 where he finished runner-up on the show.
Chike, stole the show with his debut album “Boo of the Booless“, an album which featured love anthems like “Beautiful People“, “Out of Love” and “Amen“, a true celebration of love. Due to the massive success of “Boo of the Booless“, which has been hailed as a classic by critics and has earned over 10 million cumulative streams, Chike has teamed up with top producers across the globe to get the world dancing with “Dance of the Booless“, an extended play that will arrive in three volumes. The first track on this E.P which is the Sarmy Fire re-imagination of “Insecure” is here, listen to it below.
“Dance of the booless” is a compilation of remakes of fan favourites and smash hits. These songs would be heard from new angles. Some of the remakes would be featured in genres of genres of EDM, Deep House, Tropical House, Afro-Dance, Amapiano, Reggae/Dancehall, Afro-House and more. Producers like Lord Sky, Sarmy Fire, Sensei Lo, DysleX and Sigag Lauren would be indelibly featured in mixing these tracks. This first volume would be released on the 19th of June. “Dance Of The Booless” is a dance remake of Chiké’s critically acclaimed album “Boo of the Booless”, through the minds of top producers across the globe.
